Disqualification Rules
Automatically filter out poor-fit leads based on their question responses
Disqualification Rules
Disqualification rules automatically filter out leads that don't meet your criteria. Instead of spending time on calls with unqualified prospects, let Aura handle the filtering.

Multiple Rules
You can create multiple disqualification rules per booking link.
Rule Logic
Multiple rules are evaluated with OR logic. In plain English: if any one of your rules matches a guest's answer, they're disqualified. They have to pass every rule to make it through as qualified.
Example: Multiple Criteria
Rule 1: Company size is "1-10" → DQ Rule 2: Budget is "Under $1,000" → DQ Rule 3: Timeline is "Just exploring" → DQ
A prospect is disqualified if they match ANY of these.

Best Practices
What to Disqualify On
Good DQ criteria:
- Budget below minimum
- Company size outside target
- Wrong industry/use case
- No decision-making authority
- Timeline too far out
Avoid DQ on:
- Vague or subjective answers
- Information you could clarify on a call
- Anything that requires context
Rule Design
Be specific: "Budget under $5,000" vs "Low budget"
Be fair: Give people reasonable options
Test thoroughly: Book a test meeting with DQ answers
Conversion Impact
Aggressive DQ rules:
- ✅ Higher quality conversations
- ✅ Less time wasted
- ❌ May filter out good prospects
- ❌ Lower booking volume
Find your balance based on:
- Team capacity
- Deal value
- Sales cycle length
