Quick Setup Guide

1. Calendar (Required)

Choose one:

Google Calendar:

Settings → Integrations → Google
Sign in with Google
Grant calendar permissions
Google Meet auto-configured

Microsoft Outlook:

Settings → Integrations → Microsoft
Sign in with Microsoft
Grant calendar permissions
Teams auto-configured (work accounts)

2. Video Conferencing

Typically auto-configured based on calendar:

Google Calendar → Google Meet
Microsoft (work) → Microsoft Teams

For Zoom:

Settings → Integrations → Zoom
Connect Zoom account
Set as default conferencing

3. Automation (Optional)

Zapier:

Create Zapier account
Search for "Aura" in Zapier
Connect with API key
Build your Zaps

Integration Status

View connection status:

Go to Settings → Integrations
See status for each integration:
- ✅ Connected
- ⚠️ Needs attention
- ❌ Not connected

Troubleshooting Status

If status shows issues:

Re-authenticate: Disconnect and reconnect
Check permissions: Ensure all required
Verify account: Confirm correct account

Security

OAuth Standards

Calendar integrations use OAuth 2.0:

Industry-standard authentication
No password storage
Revocable access

Data Access

Integrations access only what's needed:

Calendar: Events, availability
Zapier: Event data you configure
Stripe: Products, payments

Revoking Access

To disconnect an integration:

Settings → Integrations
Find the integration
Click Disconnect
Confirm removal

Also revoke in the third-party service for complete removal.
