Getting Started

Sign up, get set up, and take your first booking

Getting Started

This is your starting point. The whole setup takes about 5-10 minutes if you're going solo, or 15 if you're setting up a team.

What you're about to do

  1. Sign up — Google, Microsoft, or email/password.
  2. Pick a plan — Aura is paid, so you'll pick a plan (or start a trial) before going further.
  3. Connect your calendar — Google or Microsoft. We read it to know when you're free.
  4. Create a booking link — set your hours, your meeting duration, your custom questions.
  5. (Optional) Invite your team — each teammate connects their own calendar.

What you'll need

  • A work email (we verify it with an SMS code)
  • A Google or Microsoft calendar you can let Aura access
  • A Zoom account if you'd rather use Zoom than Google Meet / Microsoft Teams

How the onboarding actually flows

It's mostly one screen, not a multi-page wizard:

sign up → pick a plan → connect calendar → done, you're in

We won't let you skip steps 2 and 3 — you can't reach the dashboard until you've picked a plan and connected a calendar. That's by design.

Connect Calendar →

Once you're set up

  • Share your booking link — email signature, embed it on your website, generate a QR code.
  • Watch your pipeline — every booking creates a lead and a scheduled call at /opportunities.
  • Review your calls — our Notetaker records them and the AI scores them on the 7-stage framework.
  • Compare performance — team-wide rollups under Analytics.
