Pipeline
Your pipeline — every lead, where they are in your sales process, and how to manage them
Pipeline
Your pipeline is the live view of everyone who's currently working their way through your sales process — from the moment they start a booking through to closing the deal (or losing it). It's the page you'll spend the most time on as a salesperson.
You'll find it as Opportunities in the sidebar.
What you see
The pipeline is a Kanban-style board — leads as cards, organized into columns by their current status. Drag a card between columns to manually change someone's status; click a card to open their full lead detail.
Aura tracks 14 different statuses total, grouped into three phases:
- Before they've booked —
new,interested,qualified,disqualified - Once a meeting is scheduled —
booked,confirmed,declined,attended,no_show,cancelled,follow_up - After the deal resolves —
won, lost, plus the legacyscheduledstatus from old imports
For exactly what each status means and how leads move between them, see Pipeline Stages.
The big rule: leads come back
The most important thing to understand about Aura's pipeline:
No status is the end. A customer you won last year can book a new call and they'll come right back into your active pipeline. A lead you disqualified can re-qualify themselves by resubmitting your form. Someone who no-showed can rebook tomorrow.
If you've used pipelines that put "Closed Won" or "Lost" in a graveyard at the end, this is different — Aura tracks the whole relationship over time, not just the first deal.
Filtering and views
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Closer | Show only leads assigned to one team member |
| Booking link | Limit to leads from one of your funnels |
| Date range | Leads created or updated in a specific window |
| Source | UTM source — e.g. "only leads from Google" |
| Custom field | Filter by their answers to your booking form |
| Search | Free-text search across names, emails, companies |
Save common filter combinations as named views (e.g. "My open opportunities", "Last 30 days from paid ads").
Acting on leads
From the pipeline view, you can:
| Action | How |
|---|---|
| Change a lead's status | Drag the card to a new column, or open the lead and use the status dropdown |
| Reassign to a different closer | Open the lead → assign dropdown |
| Add a note | Open the lead → add note |
| See their call history | Open the lead → calls section |
| Record an outcome | Open the call detail → record outcome |
You can also do many of these in bulk — see Managing Leads.
Pre-pipeline: booking intents
Before someone is even a "lead" with a status, they're a booking intent — someone who started filling out your booking form but didn't finish. We track those too, so you can see your booking funnel and find where people are dropping off.
See Booking Intents.
