Performance Tab
See how each rep on your team is doing — close rates, AI call scores, and what's improving over time
Performance Tab
The Performance tab is the per-rep dashboard — it's where you go to see how individual people on your team are doing. Think of it as a sales leader's view: who's closing the most, who's scoring well on calls, who needs coaching, and where it's all trending.
Only Admins and Owners can see team-wide numbers here. Members see just their own.

What's on the page
The whole page is filtered by the date picker at the top, plus a closer filter — pick one rep to focus on, or compare everyone.
Headline numbers
For whoever you've selected (or the whole team), we show:
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Calls held | How many actual meetings happened in the period — no-shows and cancellations don't count |
| Show rate | Of the calls scheduled, how many people actually showed up |
| Close rate | Of the calls held, how many closed as won |
| Cash collected | Total revenue recorded against won outcomes |
| Avg deal size | Cash collected ÷ deals closed |
7-stage AI scores
We pull the AI scores from each rep's recorded calls and roll them up. You'll see their average across the seven stages:
- Rapport — opening, frame-setting
- Discovery — surfacing symptoms, pain, cost, and emotional weight
- Gap — making the "current state vs. desired state" gap obvious
- Financial Qualification — confirming budget and authority before pitching
- Pitch — presenting the solution tied to the gap
- Objections — handling concerns
- Close — clarity of the ask and the price reveal
Each is on a 1-10 scale. If you're new to these, the 7-Stage Framework page explains what the AI is looking for in each one.
The big-picture scores
Beyond the per-stage breakdown:
- Structure Score (7-70) — sum of all 7 stages, basically "how closely did they follow the framework"
- Overall Score (0-100) — the headline grade from the AI
- Closing Score (0-10) — focused on the pitch + objections + close section
- Emotional Score (0-10) — how emotionally engaged the buyer was
How they're trending
Each metric shows a trend indicator — up, down, or flat — comparing the current period to the one before. So if you picked "last 30 days," we compare it to the 30 days before that.
Use cases
| What you're trying to do | What to look at |
|---|---|
| Find the rep who needs the most help | Lowest Overall Score, but enough call volume to be a real signal |
| Find what specifically that rep needs help with | Their per-stage breakdown — which of the 7 stages is dragging the rest down? |
| Spot a rep who's improving | Look at the trend arrows — Overall Score trending up |
| Decide who deserves more leads | High close rate + high cash collected |
| Identify churn risk on the team | Drops in call volume, drops in close rate over the last 30 days |
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Date range | Same as other Analytics tabs — last 7/30/90 days, this month, last month, or custom |
| Closer | Pick one rep to focus on, or leave on "All" for team-wide view |
| Booking link | Limit to one specific funnel/product |
Member view
If you're a Member (not Admin), you only see your own numbers on this tab. You can't compare yourself to teammates — that's by design. If you want to know how you stack up, ask an Admin to share the view with you.
