Setting Up

Step 1: Start Connection

  1. Go to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Find Stripe
  3. Click Connect

Step 2: Authorize Stripe

  1. Stripe Connect page opens
  2. Sign in to your Stripe account
  3. Select the Stripe account to connect
  4. Authorize Aura access

Step 3: Configure Sync

Choose what to sync:

  • Products and prices
  • Payment events
  • Customer data

Step 4: Confirm Connection

You'll see:

  • ✅ Stripe connected
  • Products synced count
  • Webhook configured

How It Works

Products from Stripe appear in Aura:

Manual Products

You can still create products manually:

  • Aura-only products
  • Services without Stripe pricing
  • Custom deal structures

Payment Verification

Recording Cash Collected

When marking a deal as Won:

  1. Select the product(s)
  2. Enter cash collected
  3. If Stripe connected:
    • Optionally link to Stripe payment
    • Verification shows in Aura

Configuration

Products Settings

Choose sync behavior:

  1. Settings → Integrations → Stripe
  2. Configure:
    • Auto-sync products
    • Include archived
    • Sync frequency

Price Display

Options:

  • Show Stripe prices
  • Allow manual override
  • Default currency

Managing the Connection

View Status

Go to Settings → Integrations:

  • Connection status
  • Last sync time
  • Products synced

Refresh Sync

To manually sync:

  1. Find Stripe integration
  2. Click Sync Now
  3. Products update

Disconnect

To remove:

  1. Settings → Integrations
  2. Find Stripe
  3. Click Disconnect

Disconnecting stops sync but preserves historical data.

Troubleshooting

"Products not syncing"

  1. Check Stripe connection status
  2. Verify products are active in Stripe
  3. Try manual sync
  4. Check for webhook errors

"Payment not verified"

  1. Verify payment exists in Stripe
  2. Check customer email matches
  3. Ensure deal is linked to payment

"Webhook errors"

  1. Check Stripe webhook dashboard
  2. Verify Aura endpoint is active
  3. Look for signature errors
  4. Contact support if persistent

  • Keep Stripe and Aura aligned
  • Use consistent naming
  • Archive inactive products

Payment Tracking

  • Link deals to payments when possible
  • Use notes for manual payments

Revoking Access

To fully remove:

  1. Disconnect in Aura
