Ablefy
Connect Aura to Ablefy to sync products, track orders, and attribute revenue back to the booking links that drove them.
Ablefy
Ablefy is a European checkout and recurring-revenue platform popular with course creators, coaches, and digital-product sellers. The Aura ↔ Ablefy integration lets you:
- Sync products from Ablefy into Aura so you can attach a price tag to each booking link.
- Track orders placed by leads who came through your Aura booking flows.
- Attribute revenue in your Analytics dashboard back to the campaign / booking link that drove each sale.
What you'll need
- An Ablefy account with seller permissions.
- Admin access to your Aura organization.
- ~3 minutes for the OAuth dance.
Setup
Step 1: Open the integrations page
In Aura, go to Integrations → Ablefy. (Or visit /integrations/ablefy directly.)
Step 2: Click "Connect"
You'll be redirected to Ablefy to authorize Aura's request. The scopes Aura requests:
- Read your seller profile (so we can identify your store)
- Read your product catalog (so we can sync products)
- Read your order history (so we can attribute revenue)
- Cancel orders on your behalf (so you can manage subscriptions from inside Aura)
Aura uses your token for read-mostly operations. The one mutation is cancelling subscription orders on your explicit request — Aura never modifies products or settings in your Ablefy account.
Step 3: Confirm in Ablefy
Ablefy will show a consent screen. Click Authorize to grant access. You're sent back to Aura.
Step 4: Verify the connection
You should see "Connected" with your Ablefy seller name. The first sync runs automatically — products appear in Settings → Products within a few minutes.
What syncs
| Resource | Direction | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Seller profile (your store name) | Ablefy → Aura | Once, at connection |
| Products (digital + course + service) | Ablefy → Aura | Periodic + on-demand refresh |
| Orders (sales attributed to Aura-driven leads) | Ablefy → Aura | Webhook + periodic backfill |
Each Ablefy product becomes selectable when you attach a product to a booking link in Aura. When a lead from that booking link buys the product on Ablefy, Aura records the order against the lead and the originating campaign.
Linking a product to a booking link
- Settings → Products: confirm the Ablefy product you want to use is listed.
- Scheduler → [your link]: open the booking link's settings.
- Find Associated Product and pick the Ablefy product from the dropdown.
- Save.
Now any lead who books on that link and later purchases will have the revenue attributed in Analytics.
Analytics
With Ablefy connected and products linked, your Analytics dashboard shows:
- Revenue per booking link
- Revenue per campaign (UTM source/medium/campaign)
- Revenue per closer
- Revenue per setter
See Analytics → Attribution for the dashboard breakdown.
Disconnecting
If you need to disconnect:
- Integrations → Ablefy.
- Click Disconnect.
Disconnecting:
- Stops new product syncs.
- Stops new order attribution.
- Preserves historical data — orders attributed before disconnection stay in your Analytics dashboard.
To fully scrub historical attribution, contact support.
Troubleshooting
"Connection expired"
Ablefy tokens expire periodically. Aura auto-refreshes them, but if the refresh token itself expires (or if you revoked access in Ablefy), you'll see a "Connection expired" banner. Click Reconnect to redo the OAuth flow.
Products aren't showing up in Aura
- Confirm the product is marked ready for sale in Ablefy. Drafts don't sync.
- Wait a few minutes after first connection — the first sync isn't instant.
- Manual refresh: from Integrations → Ablefy, click Refresh products.
An order didn't get attributed
- Confirm the lead's email matches the buyer email on Ablefy (case-insensitive).
- Confirm the booking link was associated with the same product that was purchased.
- Check Settings → Connections → Ablefy for sync errors. We log every webhook delivery; if Ablefy's webhook didn't reach us, the order won't be in our database.
