Products & Pricing
Your product catalog — used when recording call outcomes and tracking revenue
Products & Pricing
The Products page is where you tell Aura what you sell. When a deal closes and you record the outcome, you pick which product they bought (or products, if it's a bundle), and Aura uses that for revenue tracking, attribution, and analytics.
You can add products manually, or — if you're on Stripe — connect Stripe and we'll pull your products in automatically.
What a product looks like
Each product has:
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Name | What you call it internally (e.g. "Pro Plan") |
| Price | The amount you sell it for |
| Currency | USD, EUR, GBP, etc. |
| Description | Optional context — for your team, not the customer |
| Active / archived | Whether the product shows up when you're recording outcomes |
Adding a product manually
- Open Settings → Products.
- Click Add Product.
- Fill in name, price, currency.
- Save.
It immediately shows up when you record a call outcome.
Syncing from Stripe
If you use Stripe and have products defined there, you can connect Stripe and Aura will pull them in. To set this up:
- Go to Integrations → Stripe and connect your Stripe account.
- Your Stripe products will appear in Settings → Products within a minute or two.
Once Stripe is connected:
| Change in Stripe | What happens in Aura |
|---|---|
| You create a new product | It shows up in Aura |
| You change a price | The price updates in Aura |
| You archive a product | It's marked inactive in Aura |
| You delete a product | It's marked inactive (we don't delete in case it's tied to historical deals) |
You can still add manual products alongside synced ones — useful if you sell services that aren't in Stripe, or have custom deal structures.
Recording a deal
When you mark a call outcome as Won, you'll be asked to pick which product(s) they bought. You can:
- Pick a single product
- Pick multiple products (bundle deals)
- Type a cash collected amount that's different from the product price (partial payments, custom pricing for a specific deal)
The product info is then attached to the lead and the call, and it flows into your analytics (revenue, attribution, per-product performance, etc.).
Why this matters for analytics
Once products are wired in, you can answer questions like:
- "Which product closes best from cold traffic?"
- "What's our average deal size by product?"
- "Which booking link drives the most revenue for our flagship product?"
The Attribution tab is where this shows up.
Currency
Each product has its own currency. Your default display currency (the one Aura shows in analytics totals) is set on the Business Profile page.
If you sell internationally and have products in multiple currencies, the analytics tabs convert everything to your display currency for the totals.
