Make your booking pages and emails look like your brand, not ours
Branding
The Branding page is where you make Aura look like you — your colors, your logo, your fonts, your tone on emails. Only Admins can change branding.
Branding applies to anything your customers see:
- Your booking page
- Confirmation emails after they book
- Reminder emails before the meeting
- Calendar invites
Internal app screens (your pipeline, analytics, etc.) stay Aura's default look — branding is for external touchpoints only.
What you can customize

| Email "from" name | Who the email looks like it's from (e.g. "Jane at Acme") |
| Email reply-to | Where replies go when someone hits Reply (defaults to the host's email if you don't change it) |
| Email subject prefix | A short prefix on every booking email (e.g. [Acme]) |
| Email footer text | A custom line at the bottom of every email (e.g. "Acme — booking better since 2024") |
Changes save when you click Save, and they take effect right away. The next booking page someone loads, the next email we send — they all use the new branding.
Live preview
We show you a live preview of a sample booking page and a sample email side-by-side with the form. As you change things, the preview updates. So you can see exactly what your booking page is going to look like before you save.
Removing the "Powered by Aura" footer
There's a separate option to hide our "Powered by Aura" footer entirely from booking pages and emails. It's not in this UI — it's an upgrade we grant for specific plans. If that matters to you, email sales@aura-app.ai.
Sending email from your own domain
We don't yet support sending emails from your own domain (e.g. bookings@yourcompany.com). All emails go out from Aura's sending domain, but the "from name," "reply-to," and "subject prefix" overrides above let you make them feel like they're from you.
Custom sending domains are on our roadmap.
